11/10/2006- Redwood City Engine Companies 9, 10, & 11, Menlo Park Engine Company 5, Woodside Engine Company 19, Redwood City Truck Company 9, Redwood City Battalion Chief 3, Menlo Park Battalion Chief 1 responded to a Structure Fire response at 475 Seaport Boulevard in Redwood City's' Port district at 11:53 a.m. Units arrived onscene and found a 5 Million gallon storage tank on fire with heavy smoke showing. Crews working on the tank accidentally started the tank on fire. Woodside Water Tender 8 responded to assist along with Belmont-San Carlos Battalion Chief 4 and Peninsula Fire Buffs. Units were onscene for over 3 hours working on the fire.
